Trevor Knight had a terrible second half passing, it was clear in the third quarter that Knight was not going to win the game for us with his arm. The Sooners could have had him use his running ability more but they relied on PERINE and he had a target on his back all day. The defense who had been dominated by the TCU offense. Made some adjustments in the second half. The Sooners got there first lead 31-24 and it looked like we seized the momentum. Knight proceeded to throw the ball right to the TCU defensive lineman who ran the ball in to tie the score 31-31. TCU got momentum from that and after stopping OU they scored to make it 37-31 and again the defense stepped up blocking the extra point and Sanchez ran the ball bake for two points making it 37-33. OU would get the ball and need a fourth and one and the coaches or somebody did something totally stupid. They tried to get the one yard by running the ball straight up the middle with PERINE. UGH at least try to run off tackle or something the whole line of TCU was waiting PERINE and stuffed him for no gain. They had tried straight up the middle all day and it almost never worked. It was set up perfect for a fake if Knight could half run around the end but no OU always tries straight up the middle.

Another good game by the Sooners, looks like the Sooners really concentrated on the pass game. It was good to see Blake Bell get some balls thrown his way and he even caught a touchdown reception. Sterling Shepard again played great, I also liked that they got Durron Neal the other starting receiver 7 receptions. They will double team Sterling Shepard soon so we need another threat. Trevor Knight missed some wide open deep passes to Shepard but played great and scrambled for a early touchdown. Tennessee is next they will be much tougher and the bad thing Charles Walker our defensive lineman got a sprained knee and will be out for the Tennessee game and probably the West Virginia game. Zack Sanchez hurt his shoulder and may be out for Tennessee game which really hurts OU because Zack is our best cornerback. We need Zack for this game. Sooners will win anyway. Go Sooners beat them SEC boys.
